Returns Process

Follow the steps below

EndGrain values all of its customers and we take the product we provide to our customers very seriously. For returns, we can only accept unused, undamaged EndGrain Cutting Boards that are still in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any cutting boards that have been opened and used due to the fact they are used for food preparation.

How to return an unopened, undamaged, unused EndGrain Cutting Board:

  1. Reach out to our Customer Care Team via email or phone to arrange for a return shipping label to be emailed to you.

  2. Returns and refunds are only accepted for unopened, unused, undamaged products purchased via within 30 days of purchase.

  3. Please note that while we do provide the shipping label a 20% restocking fee will apply.

  4. If your cutting board arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our customer care team at or call us at 502-200-7160. We will begin the resolution process within one business day of receiving your phone call or email.

Warranty Information

EndGrain Cutting Boards have a 30-day Limited Warranty for any damages or defects from production. The warranty does not apply to any of the following reasons listed below.

Not Covered Under Warranty

Damage From:

  • Normal wear and tear and stains
  • Intentional or accidental actions
  • Using the board for reasons other than its intended purposes
  • Cleaning it in the dish washer
  • Exposing the block to excessive heat, cold, or flames Storing in damp or humid locations that could cause warping
  • Insufficient oiling and/or care of the board
  • Any alterations or abuse
